Fortune Tiffen Tiruvizha (Fortune Tiffen Festival)

As an extension of its communication thought of “Eat to your heart’s content” Fortune Sunflower Oil recently organised ground events across Tamil Nadu. Branded as “Fortune Tiffen Tiruvizha” (Tiruvizha in Tamil means Festival), the event was organised in Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunelveli and Tiruchirapalli. Women who had purchased Fortune Sunflower Oil and participated in a contest were invited to the event in each city. While admission was free for 2 women, they could bring children and other women by paying a nominal admission fee.

Though the centre of attraction was the Tiffen Corner which had a range of appetizing tiffen, the Fortune Tiffen Tiruvizha had numerous other activities to attract women as well. Make-up & hair-style, bangles, mehendi, computer horoscopes, parrot-reading, palm reading ...the list was endless. And all this amidst exciting Fortune games and scintillating cultural performances by some of the leading Tamil artistes.

The Fortune Tiffen Tiruvizha proved to be a huge success across all the 4 cities with around 1000 women attending the event at each city.
