Pranav Vinod Adani is the Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of science in business administration from Boston University, United States. He has been working with the Adani group since 1999 and currently heads the oil and gas, city gas distribution and agri infrastructure businesses of Adani Group. He was appointed to our Board of our Company with effect from April 1, 2008.
