Dorab Erach Mistry

Dorab Erach Mistry is an Independent Director of our Company. He passed the bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and the final examination held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been working with the Godrej Group since 1976 and is currently a director of Godrej International Trading & Investments Pte Ltd., Singapore. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from June 10, 2021.
